power supply for RTX 3060
Post Body

Hi all, I'm in the process of designing an eGPU for an rtx 3060, but space is a big constraint. I've been looking into using a small power supply designed for a mini-ATX motherboard from PicoBox to power it, as the card only has a nominal power draw of 170W. All of the hardware reviews I've been able to find say that the highest it ever gets when spiking is around 200W, but NVIDIA says that it should be connected to a 550W PSU. What's the smallest or lowest-powered PSU I could safely use with the card? Thanks in advance :)
