4070/ti vs 3090

Hi,
Plan on using in an epgu (Mastercase EG200). 3090 has 24gb vram. 4070 and/or 4070ti has speed/new gen tech.
Which would be better (bottleneck and otherwise) for use with a Zephyrus G14 (2022) over usb4.
Currently enjoying a 3070.
