Genuinely, Romario is still amazing in this game, he's still an amazing finisher, and this is the year for Fox in the Box/Poacher because of the manual shield button, but the game has marred him because of the game's horrible dribbling system (caused by the ball being super heavy) here's how I rate his stats.

Offensive Awareness: 10/10.

His Offensive Awareness is arguably at its best in this game. Unlike PES 21, if the opponent gets a corner, he won't track back and help defend against it, but rather he will lie deep in the other half of the field, waiting for a through ball to be weighted so he can run to it without being called offside.

Shooting: 10/10.

He is an amazing finisher still, as I said. Not as good as Lewandowski, but still amazing considering how well rounded he is.

Dribbling: 9.5/10.

I'm gonna rant on this one: Konami, I get making some big players like Lewandowski a bit stiff on the ball, BUT HOW DO YOU MAKE A TINY, AGILE PLAYER LIKE ROMARIO FEEL PARTIALLY HEAVY?! Is it fuckin rocket science to lighten up the ball and let the height/weight calculation and dribbling stats do their job?! Like, fuck! Though his straightline dribbling is amazing, his turns feel a bit heavy, because of the fuckin heavy ball! I want my old, agile Romario back, Konami!

Balance: 10/10.

He still never loses his balance, ever. He doesn't fall over very easily, and he won't give up the ball by falling after shooting.

Physical Contact: 6/10.

He's still very weak. Though he can win the ball from defenders if he kicks it from their feet, don't bother trying to wrestle defenders, as he won't even try.

Overall Rating: 9.9/10.

If Konami fixes the heavy ball to make his turns nice and smooth as they should be, I will gladly update this Rating to 10. Was he worth the coins I spent? Overall, yes. Get him if you can, if you already have him, good for you.
