building a bike need some help

hi there i new here. im thinking about building a e bike by buying a kit off of ebay. my mtb has 29inch rims and i found a kit that has a 29inch rim with 1500w 48v hub that comes with disc breaks throttle a screen to display speed a controller suited for 48v and above and i found a battery that is 2000w 48v 19.2ah. does anyone think this is a ok build for lests say 30km distances? also does anyone know how long it would last?
