Hi guys, first time having an issue like this.
Item in question is a Topps 1992 post collectors series uncut MLB sheet of cards.
Item was shipped December 16th.
Buyer messaged December 28th to inform me that the USPS had sent package with the wrong truck to another facility.
January 3rd (today) Buyer messaged again to inform me that USPS was sending package back to me (seller) because they thought he moved, Adding his address to the message and requesting that I send the package to him again.
I responded and told him I would need to look into this, as I'm not sure who's responsible for the second round of shipping cost.
it's a poster sized item that's very fragile and was almost 20 bucks to pay for shipping, which I underestimated in my listing and had to come out of pocket and addition 9 dollars the first time I shipped it. I'm sure not paying 20 out of pocket to ship something that didn't cost much more than that to begin with.
Anybody confident in their understanding of the policies regarding this type of situation? Thanks!
EDIT FOR CLARITY
I'm asking about the shipping cost when the package arrives back to me. It seems I was not clear about that.
Can confirm buyer did not receive package.
