The question as old as time…..how to get someone on the phone?

Over the summer I first started selling on eBay and was able to reach a representative on the phone literally every time. They were always also really helpful and was kind of blown away by how good the customer service seemed.

However now I can’t get anyone on the phone let alone a call back from their online help portal. I really need to speak to someone and it’s getting super frustrating — is this a lost cause??? Any tips?? Do I need to type anything?? Just saying nothing or “speak with agent” doesn’t work anymore.
