Is there a way to make previous watchers aware of a relisted item?

Put a single item listing up. Got a few people watching. Sold the item. Buyer was a non-payer. Cancelled the sale and relisted. (Still pissed about it.) Now nobody is watching the new auction.
I expect the answer is no, but is there any way to let the people who were watching the previous auction about the new relisted auction?
I know you can view and contact people who placed bids on the previous auction, but what about the watchers?
