Is it worth registering my Ebay store into LTD

I just completed my self assessment tax here in the UK had me thinking Is it now worth registering my Ebay business into Ltd with profits of about £28k past tax year and estimate around £33k for current tax year. I have done some research over last few days but I thought I'd seek some opinions here from people who have already changed to a corporation with their Ebay stores. Im currently not VAT registered but believe I may be in next couple months too. Thanks in advanced.
