Hi there, so I sold a high value item around two weeks ago to a buyer who seemingly kept trying to haggle the price down even after I was clear that I wouldn't go any lower.
I guess it should've been obvious to me that he might cause issues, but around a week after the item was delivered he contacts me asking for the receipt for the insurance of the device, I told him I'd visit the store to see if they could provide a new one as I no longer had it, but the store said it was too long ago for them to provide a new one.
I told him what the store said, and he's now asking for compensation... I'm just wondering if he has any case for this? I don't have a receipt as the item was bought last year and from my point of view I went out of my way to go try get a new one so I've done all I can do.
