Hand brake light & alarm issue

So I took apart the interior of my 330i to give it a proper detail, after putting everything back together & starting it the hand brake light wont go away after disengaging. The alarm also beeps every 10 mins :| any idea what could of went wrong? Maybe I didn’t plug something back right?
