I'm not arguing good food will somehow solve my depression but I know bad eating is not helping my health since I am constantly tired

Deep down I dont believe I have any self worth even though I have made strive for changes. Though my self worth hasnt really changed over time just buried it deep down

I'm vegan , though mostly eat vegan junk food

Anyone know how to get into healthy eating habits since overcoming low self worth isnt an over night thing ?
