These are general thoughts I gathered and wanted to share and see if people relate
-I work in a kitchen , and other people there make mistakes as well so I dont feel bad, though I noticed that when I grate a carrot I feel myself holding my breath like I cant breathe or focus on work at once (cutting or cooking is fine except grating some reason) I somehow hit a spoon into a glass divider instead of the pot literally no idea how I am aware of one side of my body, my right, more than my left. I feel more senstive to heat more than others when they can easily pick hot burning food I do still feel wobbly at times I get sore easier as well which got concern from my employer thinking if I was cut up for working in hospitality
