V10 trigger stuck in “pulled” position

Hi there, my V10’s trigger has been stuck in this position since my last use. It was working normally until a few days ago, and I’m not sure if this is the broken trigger issue that seems to be a common issue with V11s. I’ve recharged the battery, but it didn’t help.
Does anyone have experience with this issue and/or recommended troubleshooting videos? Thank you!
