I purchased a Dyson v15 a couple months ago that worked great the first few times then stopped picking up dirt even after I cleaned the machine thoroughly as outlined in their manual.
I was pretty disappointed since I paid $900 Canadian for a vacuum so I expected it to not be made of plastic junk and to actually work correctly.
The unit was clearly defective so I called support. After waiting on hold for an hour, an agent in the Philippines picked up.
He approved the replacement, took down my address, repeated it back to me three times. I check my email and the next day it shows my address being completely wrong and in a different city. I call support, wait on hold, update the address then the next day I receive another email with a wrong address.
At this point I’ve been dealing with this for 3.5 hours when I could have been making more than the vacuums worth so I decided to return it to the store I purchased.
About 5 weeks later I get a call from a shipping company to update my address. I ordered some office supplies so figured it was that but when I received the shipment, it was a brand new Dyson v15.
Question is what do I do with this vacuum since I was told Dyson needed my original machine which was returned before they would ship this one out.
