Hairdryer 3 Red Lights

Hi all,
Have a Dyson hairdryer which when turned on will pulse for 1-2 secs (max) and get 3 red lights.
I have cleaned the filter as well as completely replace it and makes no difference.
I have lightly blown out the extra build up in the base of the handle and still nothing.
Any direction to get this running again, have no issues dismantling to fix if needed
