I used to be an athlete before my health plummeted, and was suddenly unable to put up with even the smallest cardio without almost fainting or vomiting. I’ve started doing light stretching for physical therapy for unrelated chronic pain, and would love to slowly integrate going to the gym into my schedule again. I tried one of my old routines and my body gave out on me. At the end of the workout I was dry heaving and felt worse than when I started. How do I learn balance while still getting the muscle toning benefits? Are any of you able to exercise? Any tips would be appreciated :)
