I have engaged in a few conversations around this topic with lesbians who are struggling with their own identity because they have found they are beginning to have emotional / relationship / sexual thoughts about men.
I find the difficulty they have with accepting those thoughts interesting. There is so much pressure from (parts of) the lesbian community to be a 'real lesbian' and not bi etc. That even entertaining those ideas is considered a substantial taboo.
It seems that the lesson of Catholics was never learned, as soon as something becomes forbidden, you create a longing in some.
I find it an intriguing aspect of human nature, and up for some good conversation.
So why not come and introduce yourself...
