Hello all, just started playing this game a few weeks ago. Currently still in slums, awaiting to start the Saviors mission, Im lvl 12. Reading on some tips, saw a great place to farm xp and get some good gear via the police cars is at Infamy Bridge. Wanted to do this at night as well but wanted toi make sure the UV lights will work. I did the side quest Voltage of getting the power plant to work but was unsure if I needed to complete the Searchlights side quest as well. Its been a pain in the ass up top. been doing it on day.

Any other tips would greatly be appreciated, thanks!!!!
