I used dxm plat 1 for 4 days one of the days I used it mixed with guaf, and 1 of the days I used it with adddy. I haven’t been eating too much or at all in the last 2 days due to 0 appetite I’ve developed the worst migraine ever, the worst sore throat and my body is like fever ish and I feel hot with body aches lethargy :(. Any idea how to get relief. I struggle eating cause no appetite n feel like I’m a throw up. I began to start sipping on Pedialyte & water for hydration. Please help any tips for relief. This may have been one of the worst uncomfortable experiences ever
