Tripping on hbr for the first time in a while need dosing help

I've been on about a 2 or 3 week break after my last 888 poli trip and have been doing only poly for my last like 15 trips. Got some hbr gels coming tomorrow and wondering what dose I should take for a nice trip. Last time I took hbr I did 450mg and it was way too intense for me but I was also my first trip ever, would I be good to take the same dose now after becoming more experienced with poli or does the experience not translate. If not a dose recommendation would be super helpful. Thanks for any help.
