Hello! I just took 250 mg for my first time and I’m planning on taking 100 more if I don’t feel anything in an hour. Can anyone tell me how long it should take to feel the effects? Should I give it more than an hour? Thank you!!

250mg isn't a massive dose depending on how much you weigh. You're probably better to just do the other 100 right now and it'll all come on together. Staggering doses is generally pointless and even risky.
You'll feel it within an hour and a half as a maximum.
