5oz of Delsym (148 mL), I am 150 LBS, taking 888mg Poli DXM. A High 2nd Low 3rd Plateau for me. This was my first time on the 3rd Plat

Warning, this trip does get pretty intense. If you are a new user or aren’t used to being in an altered mental state. I would recommend dosing to the second Plat before this. Then again, y’all can try it if you want it’s just my suggestion. (If you are already a stoner used to weed highs your good to go)

About an hour and a half before dosing I ate some bean and chicken soup to fill my stomach. It was definitely not the best idea because it put my digestive track into overdrive during the trip lmao. To give more background I did not have any other drugs in my system prior to dosing.

10:30 PM: Chugged the whole bottle.

11:40 PM: Watched anime for an hour, walked around and my head feels light. Stoned feeling coming on. Euphoria setting in. Could not drive right now. Numb sensation every where. Eyes take a second to focus. Enjoyable

12 AM: trippin fuckin balls. Cheeks completely numb. Feel like I’m in fucking space. Floating sensation as I walk. slurred speech. Visual movement of things when I look at them. The best way to describe it is my room is gently vibrating. How am I typing this. Holy shit this is amazing.

12:12: I feel drunk.

12:30: skin feels warm. A little unsettling. I also am unbelievable tired. I feel like I could sleep for days.

12:35: Skin hot and itchy. I would compare it to an allergic reaction. (Edit: I read this is a common side effect called roboitch. if you want you can take some Benadryl before dosing to help.)

12:45-2 AM: Crazy sensations everywhere. Skin still hot but not bad. Idk how I am typing this. At this point I’m just riding a fucking taunami wave of highness. Wow, dxm is powerful. My face is numb. Like completely numb. Aw man this is crazy I’m gonna sit back and enjoy.

5 AM: Woke up still zooted asf from the dxm. Tongue numb. Slow mo in effect. Went to the bathroom to piss. Turns out I got the shits. I’m fine now. (This seems to be a common side effect, your stomach will get queasy and bloated ) I have yet to hurl like others have said they had to. When I walk, I walk like I’m drunk stumbling around. I looked in the mirror and DAMN my pupils are so small. My mind is foggy, but no visuals, my facial features stayed intact. Another thing I would like to mention is you feel like you can sleep forever but I only got 3 hours of sleep give or take, and it was very light sleep at that. Mental exhaustion.

11:30 AM: Still hungover from last night. Didn’t sleep at all. Light headedness. Effects slowly wearing off.

All in all, it was a cool experience. Won’t do it again for a while I’m thinking. It’s fun but completely exhausts your brain for 24 hrs. Like I said tho, I’ll probably do it again in the future.

I would also like to mention that this was extended release. The effects were lessened but for double the amount of time. This is different from instant release. (Gel tabs) be weary of this fact when dosing.
