Took a couple shots of delsym an hour later i start feeling hot and my heart is beating fast im throwing up and i start getting anxious Lmao. After that I turned on a Joe Rogan podcast & some music trying to calm myself down. I hate this feeling. Just gotta ride it out…it’s always like this. Thought I do it again for a different experience but it’s always the same. Shitty experiences

I did have one positive moment it was only a few seconds but it felt like I was being embraced by an angel just feeling like everything in the world is okay and all my worries were gone.
