A key pressure point for nausea is called Nei Guan, or P6. It is on your inner wrist, about 2.5 inches down, in between two large tendons. Thereโs general agreement that pressing on this pressure point for a few minutes may provide some nausea relief. Below is an illustration of the pressure point you want to press on. Hopefully this will help some of you, being nauseated through your trip is a total trip killer at times and I'd rather be focused on the effects then sitting over the toilet throwing up.
