Alright so, 4 things for this post.

Part One

House Leaders and Families

Before this meeting house members need to discuss amongst themselves to decide on a leader. This will be OOC and will be used for RP. The leader must be a part of the family, not a friend of it. They will be the father(or mother) of the house, then you can either do another vote or let the leader choose a second in command, this will be the first born child of the leader.

The leaders will have the ultimate say in RP for what happens to the house in events. They will be the overseer of the house. They have no OOC say, OOC we're all equal.

The leaders and vice leaders must be chosen before the meeting.

Part Two

Homestead Location and Basic Theme

The houses will need to pick a certain area to have their 3 (or 4 dependent on size of plots) to have their homestead and a certain theme for it (Hammersmith would have a campsite/ Flamehearth would have a shrine to the light with a barracks).

I recommend using 2/3 possible areas to have it incase another house has the same idea.

Part Three

Characters

People in houses will need to create or modify a character to use in the house RP. The reason I don't want to have peoples' old characters involved is past RP interactions will get in the way of the RP done by the house. Let's say your character had a dispute with another, when you're now a member of a family your character never mentioned before, not only will it not make sense it'll also mean that person will have automatic bad relations with the house due to your presence. So, please, make a new character if you can.

People will need to present their new* characters to the meeting, say a basic personality and we will all judge whether your character would fit in with the house.

Part Four

Meeting

The meeting will be on Saturday at 4est.
