Nismas Decorations competition?

So I was wondering around the server and noticed that very few homes were decorated for Nismas, and I was bored so I decided to do mine http://imgur.com/a/QnhZw
Anyway, I was thinking that somebody whos used to organizing big events could create a Cross District competition for the most and best looking Nismas decorations per district.
I think this would both get people more active in the server and create a more cheery and festive atmosphere.
