How do you play in high resolution?

Hello. Recently, I bought a new display and my native resolution is now 2550x1440. The standard 12x12 tiles are too small now. Is there a better way to enlarge it than simply resizing the respective .png with tiles and making the changes in ini files? Some high-res mod perhaps? Or tilesets?
