I need help

This game is taking over my life.

I dream about dwarves, I have trouble falling asleep because I'm thinking about my fortress.

My days fly bye, the fort must grow we must go deeper we must go deeper

I wake up and first thing I do is boot up my fort so I can get it running while I go get breakfast

I'm staying up later than normal playing the game

Is this normal, does this happen to everyone? Is this game a drug??
