Seriously, they should be brought to city hall for public shaming, tarred and feathered. How was it ever approved to spend I don't know how many hundreds of millions of dollars joining two major highways together, seeing the development of Durham and how many houses are being built and not adding a single lane to the highway? AND building the bridges connecting the 401&412 without even making room to add more lanes in the future, you'd have to tear them down and build new ones. There's no such thing as rush "hour" if the sun's up it's a disaster, it could be 11 in the morning on a Sunday and there's traffic. There is that one lane that closes at the Salem off ramp, opens at the Salem on ramp, closes at Lakeridge and opens again to get on the 412. That lane should never close, the damn shoulder is 20 feet wide. You don't even have to widen the road at that point, just repaint it. Morons, every one of them. They should be fired from whatever job they currently have. If you made it this far, thanks for reading my rant.
It was me. I was playing SimCity and wanted to see how much chaos I could cause.
