Shax and Five Guys are your best bet.
Dundee has a dearth of good burgers, and a lot of bars and restaurants have little to no seasoning, dry buns and the sauces are nothing to write home about.
Shax can be relied upon to make a good burger, and five guys is reliable as well, if a chain and pricey.
