I'm all for pedestrianisation but more often than not all these renders do is show how money that's desperately needed elsewhere could be wasted to basically just make a few bike riders lives happier. Pedestrianisation only works if the area it's in is accessible to all, and dundee does well in some parts of that, and God awful in others.
Also the roads need to be usable by vehicles to deliver goods, without any stupid restrictions, or all you'll end up doing is cycling passed empty shops.
