Converting to Dumb Phone/Watch Concern

I am wanting to covert from my iPhone 11 and Apple Watch Series 6 to a dumb phone (still undecided) and a basic G-Shock I fly with for work. My main concern is fitness tracking/programming. I currently use the apps Keelo and Nike Run Club, but am unaware of a website based platform to get programming and log workouts on. Can anyone provide some insight on how they've adapted their fitness tracking since converting to a dumb phone & watch?
