As the title states. Just got this phone yesterday and I've found the message alert tone when the phone is locked is about half as loud as the volume preview in the profiles settings menu. Any ideas on what it could be? Ringtones are unaffected, they're loud as hell, and the message tone volume preview is too when changing the setting. Stock or custom message chimes are the same.

I've maxed out every volume setting I can find including the shutdown menu, aside from Call volume and keytone because that noise is annoying as hell.
