Vietnamese Lotus Inn: Open?

Hey Duluthians, quick question: I'm heading down to Duluth tomorrow and I've been wanting to eat at the Vietnamese Lotus Inn, but I can't figure out if it's open or not. Some places on the net say it's permanently closed. I think it closed for awhile, but then I thought I read it reopened last year. Did it close again?
Also, if it is open and you've eaten there, is it actually good? Any recommendations?
