Is the flu evolving?

Friday had a sore throat, Saturday horrible body aches like I’ve never had! fever for 4 days now I’m on day 6 just starting to recover went to work yesterday and pretty sure I got a stomach bug now. I have not had flu in ten years now twice this year what’s changing ?
