Can't get custom content to work

Hello, I`m trying to install custom content for Megaton edition such as Duke Hard, Plug n' Pray, ADG Episode, but can't get any of them to work.

I've followed the instruction, did clean installs of the latest eDuke32, but when I launch the game I don't see any option to start the episode.

For PNP I get the option but when I select my difficulty it brings me back to the main menu. Error log says the map format is either incorrect or outdated.

Any advice? Can I get step by step instructions? I can't seem to find any online.
