Question about ignition interlock removal at 6 months (Oregon)

Post Body

I’m nearing 6 months with my device (LifeSafer) with no alcohol violations. I do have two violations from the device stating on after parking and leaving my car. Sometimes it won’t shut off when I turn off my car so I have to restart and shut off car again and then it’ll turn off. In both these cases forgot to double check the device said “engine stall protect” and so it stayed active when car was off and I was away from my vehicle, this the violations.

Does anyone know if these would affect a petition for removal at 6 months, or is it just alcohol violations they’re concerned with?
