any stories on a refusal with no blood drawn.
Post Body

I was arrested for a dwi with only a fst officer admitted I did good but failed the eye test. After going to station I was finally offered a breathalyzer test I said no that I wanted my blood drawn. After officer said that was only to find if I had drugs in my system and I kept pushing for it I agreed to a breathalyzer ( 15 mins or 10). Officer told me no that I already refused and I was getting a refusal. My lawyer won my alr hearing last may due to me being stopped without probable cause (cop pulled me over cus he said I was trying to get away from him). Has anyone experience with this type of scenario against the court system.
