Driving record SR22 end date blank, license still valid

I have been unable to pay my car insurance since January and I got a copy of my driving record today and SR22 end date is blank and my license is still valid. Does this mean I don't need an SR22 anymore or am I just lucky because its supposed to be taken away the second you lose it.
