SR60?

I know this is for dui but I don’t really see much on this anywhere else. I got into a wreck with no insurance like 3 years ago. I never had my license to begin with. I decided to try and they said I have a sr 60 but it’s been two years so I need to do a sr 60 and pay money. My question is how do I pay and who do I pay. Also do I print out the paper can I do it online. Does it have to be notarized?
