Court date need advice
I don’t have a lawyer and have a court date scheduled In a week . Riverside superior Court.
DUI is from 2018. I didn’t get blood work done but Blew over .08 .
I already plead no contest during my first court appearance but was unable to complete the steps. Community Service , interlock , etc.
I moved to another state the following year and have not been able to afford to come back and forth to complete it either. Been living with a bench warrant and although it hasn’t hindered me too much, I’ve been able to work and live still, I want to clear my name and get my license back.
Anyway, what are some options that I might have that I don’t know about , and especially being a 100 percent service connected veteran, living in another state, just out here for a short time, is there a way the court would relocate the case to another state?
All fines from the dui have been paid, is there a possibility that’s after 6 years the judge would drop the other requirements. I’m clueless so laugh if you must lol . I just need to know what to expect and again what options I might have or things to expect. I have no lawyer nor do I have the money or credit to afford one so that option is out . Thanks in advance !!!
