Can disconnects stop eliminating all progress in Boss Fights?

I have some internet connection issues which are not related to Duelyst or CPG in any way. But the current reconnect system doesn't consider boss fights or fights against bots. So I often find myself in this really, really frustrating scenario where I'm close to beating a boss and my internet connection briefly goes away... and when it's back, I'm taken to the deck selection screen, followed by the infamous message of "Loading a major package is not game!". When that happens, I have to start the fight all over. And it sucks :(
