How do you guys deal with work burnout?

A bit about me, 28M Engineer in construction field. The long hours and just 2 days of weekend (well it's 1 day usually) don't seem to be helpful to me. There are times when I don't feel like doing anything for 1 or 2 weeks in a month.

Leaves arent available all the times but I have travelled a bit to Turkey and couple of other places but it is back to the same situation few weeks after joining back work.

I tried self talk, gym and motivation but it's not helping much.

Sometimes I seem to stare at my computer and go into a spiral of overthinking about future. I am also unsure if this is what I really want to do in life.

Tried doing social events, go karting, dune bashing etc but it's always temporary. Dread Mondays or going back to office.

Also looked up to a psychiatrist, and got anti-depressants prescribed, which I feel is only a temporary solution.

If you have reached till here, then thanks for bearing with me and look to have some solution to this mess.

Note: A lot of people tell me that to accept that life is anyways shi*ty as is and think about all the less fortunate ones. While I agree with you, I need help with working and pushing myself.
