I have this Business rewards credit card where there is annual fee. This year I planned to cancel but got busy with something. I found they charged me so called Emiratesnbd to reverse charges as I am not planning to use it and cancel the card.

My ordeal started from there after spending 45 mins on phone after 3 days a person calls saying he has. O authority to reverse oy cancel and asked to call call center.

I did call call centre another 40 mins person said it will be taken care. To my surprise thye did not do anything. I found I had to pay before due date else late payment fee plus interest. I called again to reverse charges but the rep asked me. To pay up so they can later reverse the charges.

Again I receive call saying he can oy cancel and not reverse! Frustrated I reported DED.Ir has been a week. I know what thye are doing to frustrate me and suck my money. I have reverse and cancelled with other banks.

What do I do?
