After visiting multiple gated communities and taking feedback from people living there, I am assured that townhouse quality in Dubai is plain pathetic and embarrassing. This includes Ranches, Mudon, Damac Hills 2, Emaar South, Mira Oasis, etc. The issues are not minor and with the post rain side reality check, just doesn’t seem to be worth the risk. I have decided to opt for 3BHK apartment instead. I am looking for something under 2.5M AED.

Can someone (who actually resides in the building) recommend good buildings in Dubai where the build quality is great and you have not faced any major issues for x years? I would prefer to have it in a gated community for my family but open to suggestions!
