Opening a business in UAE - which bank do you recommend

Hello, I want to open a business in UAE and now I am in the research phase. Because of the cost reasons, I narrowed it down to RAKEZ and Sharjah Media City (Shams). Dubai seems to be much more expensive, just because is Dubai.

My company is providing IT services, so I would like to know which of the 2 (Rakez/Sharjah) is better?

Also, can you provide any recommendations for the bank where I should open my corporate account? I need to be able to get and send money from the EU and the US.

Can I open a bank account in a different emirate than the emirate where I got my business license? How long does it take to open a bank account? I heard and read a lot of stories saying that it is very hard to open a bank account there. I need a bank that will not have issues making and receiving payments on the international market.
