Hello!
We applied for a visa for my cousin (Male, 15) but was denied because they said he needs to have one parent with him.
However, his parents cannot come with him because they are working in another country. We already have appropriate clearances from my country. (This is the 2nd time he is traveling to Dubai without his parents)
We plan to lodge an application for him and his father so that he can be approved. However, his father will not be traveling with him to Dubai.
Will this not pose any immigration problems for us? Thanks.
