Need help finding a few breakfast items from my trip

Iām in Dubai and it was at another hotel I stayed at. It was orangish reddish, had tofu or chicken in it, and it had peas in it. It was like a sauce. It also had a thin tortilla type of thing that went with it on the side.
The second one was a soup with carrots and a dark green vegetable thing in it. I wish I took photos.
