Seeking advice on 60 year old basement
Post Body

Removed wallpaper and will remove most trim. Preparing to carve out water damaged drywall and repair then throw on skim coats on every inch of surface. Im wondering if you all think this is worthwhile or if i should just gut the basement and start fresh. The goal is to make this a kid’s place to run around so i want to do it the right way. Thank you
