For context, I live in a new construction home built in 2022, and the construction was pretty sloppy. On the top floor, there are several large cracks in different rooms where the ceiling meets the wall that show up every winter then disappear in the summer. I don't have any other issues with settlement cracks, so I feel like this is just a cosmetic issue due to crappy dryway installation. I'm not very savvy when it comes to house construction, so is there a way to remedy this or am I forever doomed with these unsightly cracks every winter? I'm a bit tight on budget at the moment, so I'm not sure if it's worth hiring someone if this is just going to be a reoccurrence every winter. Thanks in advance.

It's not that easy to just see, even if you attach the trusses to the walls as 100% strong as you can I have also seen truss uplift that pulls the wall off the floor when attached really strong. That is a far more rare case however.
Some people have mentioned moisture, this is not the case from the few pictures I can see as there is no discolouring to the drywall which is the obvious moisture problem indicator
